Located in downtown Atlanta, Rebuild the City Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing hope and transformative solutions for people impacted by incarceration and gang involvement. Established in 2014, our approach combines community-supported social enterprise, therapeutic wraparound services, and vocational discipleship training to help individuals and families rebuild.

We empower marginalized individuals and families to break the cycle of poverty, incarceration, gang activity, and despair. Through education, employment opportunities, mental-health awareness, spiritual guidance, and supportive relationships, we work to restore men as leaders and providers and strengthen communities.

Operation R.O.S.E.

Support for formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated people: employment, housing, education, family reunification, healthcare, and spiritual support.

The Fatherhood Project

Strengthening father-child relationships through mentorship, after-school opportunities, and leadership and life-skills development.

The Urban Suburban Connection

Connecting city and suburban communities, faith organizations, and community partners to share resources and support.

Greater-Works Vocational Discipleship

Employment assistance paired with spiritual discipleship, character development, and job-retention support.
